Join me and my assistants for a deeply grounding and nourishing Yin Yoga class. Yin is the perfect compliment to our busy lifestyles, allowing the body and mind to find a slower pace and the deep inner stillness we each innately crave especially during these times. Experience a slower, more meditative class and feel a balance of your yin and yang energies. Open to all levels, suitable for beginners and those with limited mobility.
