The difference between a Live Stream Class and a Recorded Class is we can chat prior to and/or after the Live Stream Class. If you keep your video on, we can see you and it creates more of a community feeling.
The pre-recorded classes are ideal if you can't make a Live Stream class or if you prefer the pre-recorded ones. The Pre-Recorded classes will be available for 24 hours.
