Online Classes are available now!
As a small business, we are trying to keep our doors open by offering these online classes. Sure, there are lots of free yoga classes out there but that does not help Yoga Studios (your studio) to survive during this difficult time. We will be offering a number of online classes throughout the week. We will start out a little slower and then gradually add more in and hopefully get our teachers teaching again. It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that the Yoga House will be closing until April 1st at which time we will reevaluate.

"How soon can I start Mommy & Baby Yoga after giving birth?"
This class is appropriate for babies six weeks to just before the active crawling stage. If you have had birth complications such as pelvic floor issues or a C-section, please check with your health care professional prior to attending your first class.
