Gentle Yoga is a relaxing class that explores breath and movement with a slow-moving series of postures. This class is designed to make the many benefits of yoga available to a wide range of physical abilities, including seniors and those managing ongoing health concerns.
Inner Fire Clothing (the clothing company for pants, sweatshirts, t-shirts etc. that have been offered at the studio), is finally back to offering their selection. I know that many of you were asking about them. I will place an order if there is enough interest at this time.

Mother's Day is this Sunday!
