Here’s our back story, we are new to the town of Penetanguishene but we are here to stay and enjoy what the city has for us. We are originally from Montreal, Quebec proudly bringing you all our French Canadian Caribbean vibe. Trish has been helping people work towards their wellness and health goals for over 8 years; and loving every part of it. To see those smiling faces and sometimes tears of joy on our clients faces, makes us feel extra grateful that we were there to help individuals lead a healthy active lifestyle.
