Selected this Optical business based on reviews when we moved to the area and I did not find that I mattered to much as a customer as they seem very busy. No feed back follow up and certainly did not feel like a customer.

I am and will continue to be a repeat customer of Michelle's. Not only does she have a wide selection of frames, her assistance in choosing the right ones is invaluable. Her prices are as good, if not better than those quoted by companies offering two for one. Michelle's staff are always friendly and professional. Service after the sale is another of the reasons I keep coming back, as Michelle readily checks and fixes any concerns that I have. One of, if not the best run small businesses in Simcoe County. Both Michelle and her staff are Professionals and conduct business in the same manner, managing to the highest customer service standards I have run into anywhere. I have been a customer with Michelle since moving to the area a number of years ago. Keep up the great work, new location on Hwy 93 is great.
