BACK CARE WORKSHOP @ The Yoga House Sunday, June 11th 10am - 1pm with Lori Berenz
Join this workshop and learn how a regular yoga practice can significantly decrease back problems. Yoga teaches us how we can regain a healthy range of motion, bend forward safely and eliminate aches and pains.
Whether you have an existing condition or not, knowledge of asanas (postures) that benefit the spine are essential to keeping the body healthy and happy. In this workshop we will learn how to practice poses that can help us recover from back injury and/or keep back injuries from occurring. We will review asanas that target the various parts of the spine and students will be able to experience a practice specific to their needs.
