Karma Yoga in The Park, this Friday, August 30th is our last class in the park. We will be in Little Lake Park, Rotary Pavillion from 9:00am - 10;00am. I am so honoured to announce that we have raised almost $2000 for local charities and The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. What an awesome Yoga Kula (community) we have.
