Structural Integration is a series of 10 sessions based on Rolfing (the work of Ida Rolf). Each session concentrates on a specific area of the body and releases restrictions, re-train the tissues and re-align the body, all with –out Harsh adjustments.
Each session builds on the previous session.
Self-care instructions are provided at the end of each session. The client preforms the recommended exercises between each treatment to encourage the body to maintain its new position.
Sessions vary in length from40—60 minutes depending on how the client responds during the session.
Structural Integration is a deep technique and can have an effect both physically and emotionally. It is highly effective in treating chronic pain, improving posture and releasing stress.
