Amped Fitness LA provides specialized classes and one-on-one or group personal training to women in the Lafontaine/Penetang area, either in the comfort of your own home, or in our new studio, located at 520 Cedar Point Road in Lafontaine.

Training plans are designed unique for each client, because each client is unique! Training sessions are developed to help our clients reach their goals in a safe and effective manor, as quickly as is safely possible. At Amped Fitness LA, your goals are our goals.

The following classes are $10 at the door, or you can purchase and Amped Pass for better economic value. A 10 Class Amped Pass is $75 or a 5 Class Amped Pass is just $45, no HST.

Classes beginning in January:

KAMA MOVEMENT CLASSES- a new workout movement for women that focuses on the pelvic core. Whereas Yoga and Pilates do an excellent job of developing the abdominal core, KAMA shifts our attention even lower down, to the ever-important pelvic core region.

Created by dancer and Miss Canada runner-up, Halyna Skrypnyk, together with the help of physician and fitness enthusiast, Dr.Melissa Hershberg, KAMA brings you an innovative new work out that is fun, effective, and backed by science.

Externally, the pelvic core comprises the typical female fat zones – the hips, buttocks, thighs and lower abdomen. KAMA targets these regions leading to noticeable lifting, toning, and sculpting of the underlying muscles. Because these are the largest muscle groups in the body, repeated isometric contractions of them results in significant calorie burning and targeted fat loss. The result is noticeable reduction in size and improved shape to the lower body.

Internally, the pelvic core muscles are the ones involved with sexual pleasure, childbirth and fertility. KAMA exercises are designed to tone and revitalize these muscles awakening the feminine energy within you.

The KAMA workouts are designed to be uplifting, both physically and spiritually. You will leave classes feeling sassy, flirtatious, sensual, relaxed and free. This is the essence of KAMA. It’s about strengthening and lifting our female bodies on the outside and on the inside simultaneously – both physically and spiritually.

The practice of KAMA allows us to take time out of our busy lives to focus on our sensuality – on feeling as opposed to thinking. When we do this, we allow ourselves to let go, to turn off our brains, so that we can turn on our bodies and allow them to make positive changes naturally and effortlessly.

BOOTY BEAT CLASSES- from Flirty Girl Fitness combines the world's sexiest dance moves & specially designed moves into hot routines that use body weight to create a muscle-toning resistance. Results: Strengthened & toned core, slimmer sculpted legs, buns & thighs and leaner, flatter abs!

Upcoming Classes:

Pole Play - Build the strength and learn the skills necessary to safely 'play' on a dance pole and learn fun sexy routines

ChairCatz - This class combines a great workout with sensual chair dance lessons. Not everyone has a pole at home but I think it's safe to say that everyone has at least one chair. This class will show you how to put that chair to work as a prop in your own private show.......The audience is up to you!

BellyDance - One of the best workouts for your core, learn the ancient art of Belly Dancing!

ChickBoxing - Fast-paced, music-based, fat blasting kickboxing workout for women will scare the fat away!
